Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of lucentcosmetics.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Lucent Cosmetics ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Always read the ingredient list, patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, check with your doctor before use.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and products at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, refunds and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Accuracy of information

We try to make sure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Packaging and colours may vary slightly from the images shown. If something on the Site is inaccurate, we'll correct it as soon as we can.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Lucent Cosmetics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for fraud, or submitting false information.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or feedback, it must be honest and based on your own experience. We may display reviews on the Site and may remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
