Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times
- United States: usually 7–12 business days after dispatch
- Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: usually 8–15 business days after dispatch
These are estimates. Busy periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, weather and customs checks can occasionally cause delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after dispatch.
Bundles
Multi-bottle bundles may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel. If part of your order is missing, check your email for a second tracking number or contact us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Duties and taxes
If any import duties or taxes are charged by your country's customs authority, they are the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
